What are your past guilds and why did you leave? Abesse Ignis, I left bcz They have 4 raiding days and i don't like this..

Very nice to see an elemental shammy. Looking at your activity feed I saw that you have better enhancement gear, so why the sudden change of heart ( just curious as a fellow shammy)? im' guessing elemental is your current OS, but you'll still have to optimize it. Some pieces of advice I can give you:
1. Get 4pc tier11 bonus, it's a decent dps gain until u get 2pc tier12, at the moment you have random gear from instances.
2. Use http://wowreforge.com/ to optimize your hit rating, you are wasting around 40 hit because you are over the cap
3. You are using weird enchants ( wrists) or not optimal enchants ( chest, feet), might have missed some
4. Your specc isn't optimal, going for totemic reach instead of reverberation isn't beneficial for your dps.
5. This one is optional, you are trying to balance between haste and mastery, in most situations haste is better.

But overall good application, i'd love to compete with an elemental shammy for dps

Well Yes, My Main Spec is Enhancement, but this guild has 2 enhancement shamans .. and this gear was for restoration spec, I'm still working on it...
